The Electrician Systems Tech is more than just a modern day electrician or electrical technician. The Office Machine - Print Systems Tech will perform basic networking, IP configuration, and print device management software setup and monitoring. They will provide server-based support for print audits and security monitoring. Setup and maintain scan-to-folder or scan-to-SharePoint work flows on multi-function devices. They will install and setup hardware and software of single and multi-function print devices. Perform preventative and routine maintenance services on single and multi-function print devices. Provide oversight of vendor technical support for consistency in technology solutions. They will provide exceptional guest service to a wide range of users. The field service position may include work from elevated platforms, ladders, bucket trucks and confined spaces throughout the Walt Disney World Parks and Resort property.


  • Perform basic networking, IP configuration, and print device management software setup
  • Provide server-based support for print audits and security monitoring
  • Install and setup hardware and software
  • Perform preventative and routine maintenance
  • Provide oversight of vendor technical support
  • Cast members may be required to handle cleaning chemicals and supplies
  • Additional Personal Protective Equipment (face shields, goggles, refillable hand sanitizers, etc.) may be required

Basic Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 4 years' experience working as an Electronic Tech
  • At least 3 years’ experience working with multi-function print device maintenance and troubleshooting the equipment
  • Must demonstrate proficiency in IP configuration
  • Ability to install and configure print software solutions and management application
  • Ability to move or relocate large devices
  • The ability to read schematics
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
  • Excellent written and interpersonal communication skills
  • Proficiency in standard office software programs and mobile electronic devices

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Associates degree in Electronics or equivalent experience.
  • Manufacturer certification or equivalent training with industry leading single and multi-function print devices.
  • Good mechanical and electronic aptitude
