The CRM Success Services team is searching for an experienced Platform Engineer role to create Support CRM solutions for our partners across the organization. We believe that by providing quality solutions that are secure and easy to use we can help empower our users to provide the best experience to the guest. You will work with the team on the development, administration, and ongoing management of the Zendesk platform. We are looking for a person who gets satisfaction from helping users improve processes, creating optimized workflows, removing roadblocks to adopting new technology, and providing the best possible support to our partners.

Please note this position is a hybrid role located in or around Orlando, FL and you will report to the Manager of Technology.


  • Partner with team to develop technical solutions for small scale projects including platform apps and custom integrations
  • Participate in building of engineering tools, automations, and scripts to facilitate system enhancements
  • Contribute to regular technical support, administration, and configuration updates of CRM system(s)
  • Implement testing before release of new and upgraded platform features and products
  • Translate requirements into Zendesk design and implementation steps to stay following agreed standards. This includes guiding the business through feature availability and capabilities
  • Contribute to project tasks and large effort delivery (e.g. onboarding new clients and implementing new products)
  • Partner to ensure system standards are maintained and improved
  • Participate in 24/7 incident resolution and communication to partners
  • Maintain subject matter expertise of software products and features assigned
  • Contribute to documentation, communication, and monitoring of platform products and features

Required Education

  • 3+ years of related experience in Platform Engineering
  • Background with Support CRM Technologies (Zendesk, ServiceNow, Salesforce)
  • Experience with project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, waterfall).
  • Proficient in HTML, JSON, JavaScript, CSS, and RESTful APIs
  • Working knowledge of server-side CSS pre-processing platforms, such as LESS and SASS

This role is considered hybrid, which means the employee will work a portion of their time on-site from a Company designated location and the remainder of their time remotely.
