Product and Engineering Manager is a critical technology and leadership role, accountable for leading technical delivery and implementation to enable Risk Management and Compliance
Responsibilities
The Product and Engineering Manager is a strong technology leadership role within Enterprise Technology, responsible for leading a project team delivering enterprise systems enabling enterprise risk management and compliance domain.
Specifically this role will be responsible for enterprise platforms enabling the following capabilities for Employee Relations (ER), Global Ethics and Compliance, and Global Security :
Claims and investigation management
Intelligence and Threat Analytics
Security Operations
The Product and Engineering Manager:
Delivers high-quality, scalable and cost-effective technology solutions that meet global business requirements and conform to architectural designs and technology strategies
Creates and manages technical roadmaps and helps set and lead technology strategy
Actively manages third-party suppliers to ensure they deliver to their commitments, and to the needs of the business
Collaborates closely with partners across the organization including ER, Global Ethics and Compliance, and Global Security business partners, EnTech architects and other delivery managers
Builds strong relationships with and manages large and diverse groups of stakeholders at multiple levels, from end users to executives, across the enterprise
Builds and manages high-performance and highly-motivated matrix teams and responsible for security and compliance
Experience
Proven experience in leading technology teams to deliver complex enterprise software solutions
Experience leading matrixed project teams including architects, developers, operations, PMs, business analysts, and vendor partners
Extensive experience with Agile methdolology and related tools
Strong experience with vendor management and building strong, collaborative vendor relationships
10+ years of experience in hands-on delivery of enterprise global solutions
Experience defining systems strategy: designing and prototyping, testing, training, defining support procedures and implementing practical business solutions under multiple deadlines
Experience with ER, Security, Complaince, and Risk Management
Proven strong negotiating and consensus building abilities.
Proven delivery application portfolios inclusive cloud and on-prem solutions.
Preferred experience with data engineering, data platforms, automation technologies, Robotics, Machine Learning,and business intelligence
Experience managing technical project budget and financials
Thought leader in new/emerging technology and its application in business
Required Education
BS Computer Science or related technology field
Preferred Education
MS Computer Science or related technology field

The hiring range for this position in California is $149,240 to $200,200 per year and in Washington is $156,292 to $209,660 per year. The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate’s geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors. A bonus and/or long-term incentive units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to the full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the level and position offered.
