The Senior Support Assistant role provides key support to various teams with the Disney Live Entertainment Costuming organization. The role will anticipate the needs of the business and those they support while always looking for new efficient ways to go about their daily responsibilities.

This position will report to the Area Manager of Costume Storage.

Responsibilities/You Will

  • Perform SAP transactions such as identifying and resolving costing issues

  • Prepare journal entries and handle month-end processing requirements

  • Handle confidential information

  • Use tools such as Excel to review, analyze and quality check data, identifying and elevating discrepancies for resolution

  • Assist with special projects and other duties as assigned by leadership

Basic Qualifications/You Will Have

  • Experience with costing/warehousing applications such as SAP

  • Experience communication (both written & verbal) with all levels of partners

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite

  • Experience identifying and solving issues with a continuous improvement attitude

  • Experience prioritizing workload and communication collision points

  • Experience in an environment where attention to detail is key

Preferred Qualifications

  • SAP Warehousing/Costing module experience

  • Warehousing experience

Required Education

  • High School diploma or equivalent

Preferred Education

  • Advanced degree in Business, Accounting or related field is preferred
