Job Summary:

The Show Systems Engineer Sr. is the lead Show Engineer and performs Systems Engineering & Integration related to attraction/land level design, oversight and leadership for all technical disciplines related to Show Systems which include Audio, Video & Projection, Lighting Controls, Special Effects, Show Programming, Software, Networking, physical Animation with aspects of Industrial Automation, Cyber Security and Safety. She/he is a core project team leader and a close partner to other leaders.


  • Overall systems level design and implementation of the attraction/land
  • Provides systems level thinking to inform knowledgeable risk assessment throughout project lifecycle
  • Ensures that the project is following current attraction/land engineering design patterns
  • Ensures that all engineering/technical disciplines are working together as one team
  • Fosters communication between all technical disciplines
  • Systems Scope and Systems Design Specification
  • Identifies challenges and drives solutions

Basic Qualifications:

  • Minimum 7 years relevant experience
  • Understanding of complex control systems and software
  • Understanding of Systems Engineering methodology and practices
  • A broad understanding of Entertainment technology
  • Ability to effectively manage time with multiple deadlines
  • Knowledge in estimating and accounting basics
  • Good verbal and written communication skills

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Professional Engineering License

Required Education

  • BS in Engineering

Preferred Education

  • MS in Engineering
