- This role is considered hybrid, which means the employee will work a portion of their time on-site from a Company designated location and the remainder of their time remotely.
•Proactively assist in the oversight of fraud review and chargeback disputes
•Research potential fraudulent trends and assist in developing new fraud strategies
•Contribute to the development and implementation of COE processes, policies, and standards.
•Work closely with third party vender regard rule implementation/fraud trends
•Work closely with COE leadership in project testing and implementation
Process Support and Governance
•Develop/Review data reporting for fraudulent trends and provide feedback to COE leadership.
•Assist business partner in resolving inquires (payment concerns, receipt requests, information request, etc.)
•Mentor other COE Cast Members using new/existing Guidelines and Procedures
•Actively lead presentations with internal Disney partners (Guest Relations, Ops, etc.)
•Provide assistance/oversight to CMs regarding Chargebacks, Fraud Review, and Partner inquires.
•Assist with Chargebacks, Fraud review, and other Consumer Payment COE Coverage and Activities
•Miscellaneous tasks as assigned by management
Basic Qualifications:4 year College Degree

- Masters Degree

- Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE)
