Disney’s Enterprise Technology Identity and Access Management (IAM) Group is responsible for providing a Core IAM ecosystem of products and platforms in use across the company by cast members, employees, and partners within Disney’s business segments (DPEP, DMED, Studios, DGE) and Corporate functions. Our vision is to provide modern Identity and Access Management capabilities and services that are simple, seamless, and secure to protect our workforce, our data, and our brands.

What You Will Do:

The IAM Technical Lead is responsible for providing technical leadership in IAM strategy development, portfolio planning, critical in-take dependency analysis, demand prioritization, release & deployment planning, program technical decision making, and IAM system operational performance optimization. In this capacity the successful candidate will deliver IAM technology plan, architecture roadmap, technology trending analysis & evaluation, and standards & governance through partnership with A&S, DX, & GIS teams. This role will also contribute to the critical technical directions and design decisions during IAM transformation & operational performance optimization.  

Must Have:

  • 10+ years of technology experience, in architecture or engineering role

  • Technical expertise in multiple of the following technical domains

    • Identity & Access Management

    • Network

    • Hosting / Cloud

    • Business Applications

    • Data Management

    • Client Computing

    • Information Security

  • In-depth understanding of Enterprise Identity & Access management use cases and technologies

  • Self starter with high level of initiative; strong sense of ownership and urgency

  • Strong interpersonal, analytical, problem solving, negotiating, and influencing skills

  • Strong facilitation, organizational, prioritization, decision making, and conflict resolution skills

  • Ability to effectively communicate across all levels of the organization including technical and non-technical people and internal and external audiences

  

Nice to Have:

  • Working experience as an Architect at enterprise or domain level

  • 7+ years experience in large scale software system development

  • Experience with enterprise technology service design and management

  • Familiarity with Clarity, Adaptive Planning, SAP, and Cognos.

  • Familiarity with Atlassian JIRA project and issue tracking software

  • TOGAF certification, other technical certifications (e.g. AWS Certified Solution Architect, Microsoft Solutions Architect, Certified Information Systems Security Professional, etc.)

Education:

  • BS in Computer Science/Technology field.  Master's degree preferred.
