Job Summary:

Disney Parks, Experiences and Products is looking for a Textile Services Manager to lead the daily operations of one of the four on-property industrial laundry facilities. Textile Services is the largest and most automated privately owned laundry in the world operating four plant facilities for laundering costumes, housekeeping linen, food and beverage linen, and specialty items.
You will report to the Manager, Textile Services.


  • Ensure a quality Cast Member experience, emphasizing Cast development through coaching and leadership and exceeding expectations.
  • Administer paperwork with accuracy; be financially aware of daily labor and other expense costs.
  • Provide a safe, creative, and positive work environment that fosters teamwork, Cast feedback, quality control, and Cast involvement.
  • Provide leadership to our Cast Members while observing our Policies and Union Guidelines
  • Provide Customer Satisfaction by having an available quality product
  • Fiscally responsible for the production cost

Basic Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with OSHA standards in the workplace
  • Technical skills with production process and reporting tools
  • Ability to make data-driven decision
  • Ability to manage and partner with a diverse workforce
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze, monitor, and plan for workflow, labor requirements, and productivity goals.
  • Experience with leading, motivating, and directing staff and teams to achieve department goals.
  • Flexibility with work schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience in a leadership role
  • 3+ years working in a factory environment
  • Experience the Textile/Laundry Management field
  • Experience working with Union Contracts
  • Bilingual skills
  • Experience understanding and complying with regulations ( DOT, OSHA, HAZMAT, etc...)

Required Education

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

Preferred Education

Technical based degree
Master’s degree
