Disney’s Enterprise Technology Identity and Access Management (IAM) group is responsible for providing a Core IAM ecosystem of products and platforms in use across the company by cast members, employees, and partners. We are hiring a Transformation Enablement Manager.  The ideal candidate will be collaborative, with solid communication skills. They have passion, experience, and confidence to define and execute on transformation enablement and IT change management at-scale. They will have the ability to interact successfully with technical and non-technical teams alike and navigate and support a large organization through a major IT program (Identity and Access Management Transformation).

What You Will Do:

  • Design, develop and implement transformation enablement strategy, plans and roadmaps in support of Enterprise Identity and Access Management (IAM) Transformation Program’s vision, strategy and initiatives supported by the program team

  • Establish and facilitate the change network and processes responsible for communicating change throughout the organization (Business Units, Executives, Application Portfolio Owners, End Users, etc.)

  • Supervise execution of activities related to organizational and technology change management and stakeholder and participant readiness

  • Manage resolution of potential organizational and technology obstacles, guide others in the path to mitigation

  • Identify and anticipate organizational challenges and/or resistance; develop risk mitigation plan

  • Develop and maintain a strong working relationship with program team, project managers, and stakeholders

  • Manage transformation enablement activities to project plans and timelines

  • Attend relevant project meetings, scrums and provides regular updates to Project Manager and other stakeholders as requested

  • Identify, track, report and resolve issues to ensure change enablement activities keep pace with program and project objectives

Must Haves:

  • 10+ years leadership in business, technical or project experience, preferably working in large scale IT transformation, change enablement/change management programs and projects

  • Proven success in delivering projects with demonstrable business impact, preferably within the context of a large-scale organizational change effort involving several dozen internal technology organizations

  • IT Transformation Enablement and Change Management experience:

    • Applying a change management process and tools (frameworks and tool sets) to create a strategy to help optimize or facilitate a change initiative across a complex organization

    • Building plans to support the design, development, delivery and management of change solutions, such as communications, training, stakeholder engagement, etc.

    • Successfully led delivery of multiple complex business technology solutions into production that have achieved or surpassed business goals

    • Experienced producing cost estimates for change enablement budget plans

  • Project Leadership Acumen:

    • Familiarity and acumen with project management approaches, tools and phases of the project lifecycle

    • Effectively prioritizes project work and deliverables

    • Familiarity with managing technology projects and/or operations at scale in an Agile methodology

  • Communications and Stakeholder Engagement:

    • Demonstrated excellence in verbal/written communication capabilities and high-impact presentation skills geared towards technical and non-technical audiences

    • Effective at influencing and inspiring others; moving toward a common vision or goal

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Information Systems Management, or equivalent experience
