We are hiring a User Experience Designer to join the Workflow Engineering Team, to help us continue to delivery phenomenal feature designs for our organization.
What You Will Do
Deliver on the end-to-end design process; translating quantitative and qualitative insights into high quality experiences that drive real results
Influence and craft the product and feature design direction by partnering closely with other designers, PMs, Engineering, Data Science, and other enterprise partners
Rapidly conceptualize and prototype solutions at the right level of fidelity, with the right tools
Contribute to design system and component libraries as needed
Develop and maintain detailed design documentation including specifications, redlines and style guides
Be the “voice in the room” that always puts the user first
Required Skills & Qualifications
5+ years experience in UI/UX design work
Proficient in overall design & design management – effective at keeping in alignment with customer needs and business goals
Exemplary customer communication and strategic planning skills
A data-driven approach with experience bringing to bear quantitative and qualitative data to analyze content
Strong technical acuity with experience working efficiently across multiple tools and/or content management systems
Strong collaboration and interpersonal skills, able to adjust communication style by audience
Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to balance multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
Bachelor’s degree in Visual Design, Graphic Design, or related; and/or equivalent work experience
Preferred Qualifications
Masters degree in a related field

The hiring range for this remote position is $117,998 to $180,050 per year, which factors in various geographic regions. The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate’s geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors. A bonus and/or long-term incentive units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to the full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the level and position offered.
