The Owner Supply Coordinator provides support to the Project Manager overseeing all Owner Supply by managing relevant scopes, tracking Owner Furnished items, guiding production efforts and orchestrating installation.
This role will require you to be onsite 4 days a week.
Responsibilities:
Keep Owner Supply data updated, maintain tools and create reports and summaries for the Management
Support the overall Owner Supply process optimization with preparing statistics and presentations, set up meetings and create MOMs
Set up meetings with yard representatives for OS/OFE and follow up on pendings topics
Create presentations and statistics for the Warehouse & Logistics team, set up meetings, write MOMs
Create statistics and presentations about the overall OS/OFE budget, finance and schedule, report deviations to the Project Manager
Obtain data of the Procurement tracking tool and maintain the tool, set up meetings, prepare presentations, write MOM‘s and follow up on pending topics
Keep the loading plan updated on a regular basis, get feedback from the departments, create lists / presentations, discuss and maintain loading plan with departments
May oversee on-site arrival of materials needed to construct, produce, install, and commission attractions
Supports the on board coordination of the Owner Supply
Maintain the weight calculation tool and report deviations or concerns, obtain missing weights from the PO Owner
Create OS/OFE location plans in consolidation with the WDI PM
Coordinate and integrate project information with internal and external organizations including project team, creative and design studios, operations, municipalities, vendors and contractors
Desired Qualifications:
Working knowledge of Project team structure and decision making
Working knowledge of Imagineering workflow and process
Familiarity with one or more of the following areas: engineering, production, planning, construction or business
Technical communication skills, presentations, understanding of business drivers, and relationship between scope, schedule and cost
Preferred commercial background
Experience in ship building / cruise industry
Good understanding of scheduling
Office package, Smartsheet
Languages: fluent English and German
