Job Summary:Producer - Social Engagement
WPVI-TV, the ABC owned station in Philadelphia, is seeking an advertising hot shot to join the Marketing Department. Candidates must have a minimum of 3+ years of managing brands on social media platforms, and possess an expert knowledge of social media analytics. We are seeking someone who knows the science of digital marketing, understands the complexity of real-time engagement, and can leverage all media platforms to expand our legendary news brand. Experience selling brands through promotion and creative content is mandatory.
The preferred candidate will be responsible to harness the power of our 3-million LIKEs & followers. Must be proficient with videography. Experience in local TV News is preferred. Public Speaking and on-camera skill is also desired (for live social reporting). Other required proficiencies include - Adobe Premiere, Photoshop, and CrowdTangle.
Helpful skills include - SiteEditor, Omniture, Social News Desk, Dalet, Telescope, Iconosquare, Chartbeat, Wipster, Template Farm, and HTML5/CSS.
