Job Summary:

Support the marketing team by delivering marketing campaign assets for Studio content through the theatrical & in-home windows. Marketing campaigns will maximise revenue and net contribution for the Studio.


  • Localise and/or create marketing campaign assets for all paid channels ie social, digital, OOH, radio, transit, retail, TV.
  • Preparing presentations, pitch documents, creative briefs, campaign summaries etc.
  • Have a detailed knowledge of asset specs and deadlines and work closely with our media agency to ensure timely delivery.
  • Facilitate relationship with any third parties required to seek approval for local use of content for marketing purposes eg CAD.
  • Brief creative agencies as required and coordinate approvals with the US and Singapore based Studio teams as needed in association with Marketing Executive.
  • Pro-actively maintain contacts and relationships with relevant external stakeholders including creative agencies.
  • Handle all media and agency PO's and invoice processes.
  • Actively participate in creative WIP meetings.
  • Excite and drive interest in content/product within the Studio team and wider TWDC where relevant.
  • Work closely with Senior Marketing Manager and Executive to drive consistent creative direction for campaigns base on campaign strategy.
  • Provide consistent communication to key stakeholders including Studio Marketing and Franchise teams.
  • Collaborate with broader team to drive innovative, “best in class” campaigns that drive $ GBO and sales targets to meet budget expectations.

Basic Qualifications:

  • 1-2 years experience in a marketing role within a business environment
  • Tertiary degree qualification in marketing or similar
  • Experience in localising and creating marketing assets
  • Understanding the importance and implementation of Corporate Brand Guidelines
  • Film/entertainment background highly desirable.
  • Proactive self starter with a high level of energy and drive
  • Superior organisational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple, diverse relationships and projects
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Results focused – strong sense of urgency and ability to work in deadline driven environment.
  • Outstanding presentation, communication, written and negotiation skills in order to engage, influence and drive results.
  • Creative and innovative – challenges the status quo and seeks new and better ways of doing things.
  • High level of computer literacy (Photoshop, Powerpoint, Excel, Outlook, Word, Keynote and SAP desirable)
  • Willingness to contribute and work within a team environment and always consider as a priority “what is best for the business”.
  • Dependable, timely, punctual, flexible and adaptable.

Required Education

Tertiary degree qualification in marketing or similar
