Job Summary:

This 12 month Fixed Term Contract role sits within Disney’s Business Development and Partnerships Team, with direct accountability within both the Studio and Integrated Marketing and Disney Streaming Partnerships team. The role will be responsible for supporting the delivery of all Disney+ , Studio and integrated marketing related partnerships across Partnerships Team ensuring our partners are:
  • Effectively driving engagement of Disney+ with the most appropriate IP & content for the audience
  • Helping in the delivery of subscriber growth in order to meet set targets
  • Supporting studio releases with ATL and BTL campaigns to help drive reach in market
Success in this role will be gauged on the ability to work collaboratively cross business in order to:
  • Supporting the development of partnership opportunities
  • Deliver best in class integrated executions in line with partner contracts
  • Ensuring a smooth and positive partner experience



The successful candidate will support bringing partnerships to life in order to meet both the partnership and wider Disney business KPI’s, whilst executing with excellence. Key resposbilities include:
  • Support the end to end activation of partnerships delivery including content ideation, asset creation, legal approvals, XLOB collaboration and timeline management under the direction of the Partnership Manager
  • Help to manage the critical timelines cross all major work streams by tracking and documenting partnership activities to ensure both timely delivery and future recommendations
  • Develop and maintain excellent relationships with internal stakeholders including Brand, Legal, Product, Creative and integrated marketed
  • Support timely adhoc requests from both internal and external partners
  • Drive and lead partnership approval processes via internal systems, (PAS, Zendesk) in collaboration with key stakeholders
  • Glean and apply any relevant learnings from the US and UK on partnership execution
  • Ensure Customer Service teams are launch ready for all new partnerships
  • Must be a strong communicator and presenter, effectively communicating Disney+ brand and partnership guidelines as well as our critical time paths
The successful candidate will need to have experience of activating best in class partnership marketing campaigns in order to meet commercial and brand objectives and be able to pivot successful to meet these objectives

Basic Qualifications:

  • Previous Marketing execuation experience
  • Knowledge of Australian Media and Marketing Landscape
  • Managing internal stakeholders and external partners
  • Understanding of media and content landscape in Australia and New Zealand including digital platforms – TVOD, EVHL, SVOD

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working collaboratively
  • Strong Project Management experience
  • Demonstrated creative thinking, with an ability to priorities workload to meet deadlines
  • High level interpersonal, communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal
  • Strong presentation skills
  • Responsible, accountable and results-oriented
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Highly computer literate – expert level in Microsoft , Key Note and Google Docs
  • A strong team player who contributes to an environment that embraces constant change and innovation

Required Education

  • Bachelors degree or equivalent experience
