As Team Coordinator for Disney Destinations International at The Walt Disney Company, you will be part of the team that manages attraction and promotion of our global Disney parks, hotels, cruises, and resorts! Our ideal person is resourceful, flexible, creative, loves a changing day, and enjoys keeping up with the admin behind the excitement. Of course, you have to love our brands as much as we do!

A key component of this role is budget management. You will be responsible for pulling together the individual budgets in the team, ensuring accuracy of data, identifying excess and savings, and acting as the final check before submitting to finance. You will need advanced Excel skills for this role, along with a Commercially savvy lens and the ability to make sense of numbers.

Your main responsibilities are, but not limited to:

  • Maintaining and proactively managing schedules and diaries, ensuring that Director and team are well-prepared for forthcoming meetings, both Internal & External.

  • Assistance in team admin tasks including organising meeting rooms, flights and accommodation, create purchase orders, reporting, manage budget tracking activity, and whatever needs to be done on the day!

  • First point of contact for all external/internal phone calls, and dealing and resolving issues as appropriate.

  • Manage general communications from and “on behalf of” the Director.

  • Organising meetings, preparing agendas and taking minutes as required.  Effectively prepping and planning meetings, coordinating and reporting meeting outcomes and driving accountability to deliverables (due date management).

To be successful in this role, you will ideally have:

  • Film industry (or other related industry e.g. media) experience

  • Budget management experience/knowledge     

  • Research and analytics experience with the ability to report precisely and succinctly, both internally with team members and externally with partners

  • Ability to multi-task in a team environment with ever-changing deadlines and strict budget constraints

  • Advanced MS Office / Apple skills with the ability to develop and present engaging slide decks

  • Digital asset content management experience is an advantage

  • Clear and confident communication skills with the ability to work calmly under pressure

  • Impeccable attention to detail and accuracy

  • Proactive problem solving with the ability to examine issues from a broad perspective and anticipating impact beyond initial scope
