Quality of the streaming experience is at the heart of all products powered by the Disney Streaming platform. Optimizing quality for every viewer and every device on (almost) every continent requires an expert ability to define analysis, instrumentation, and tooling requirements, develop insights around QoE impact, and work across a variety of technical, operational, and product teams to identify and prioritize improvement opportunities.
