The Path Forward Return to Work program at Disney Streaming is a 16- week paid returnship (internship) for experienced professionals returning to the workforce after taking time off for caregiving. The program is open to individuals who have at least 5 years of professional experience and have been out of the paid workforce for at least two years to focus on caring for a loved one. The Disney Streaming Product team is seeking a Senior Product Manager who will be an outstanding addition to our Unified Experience Team. As a PM at Disney Streaming, you will help define the vision, strategy, and roadmap for the Disney Streaming Internal Beta Testing Program, partnering cross-functionally across the company to ensure our subscribers receive a delightful experience with our applications. The ideal candidate for this role balances a user-first mentality, with a curiosity and hands-on approach to dig into data to make data-driven decisions, drive measurable impact, and propose early insights. Lead the product strategy for defining and driving the internal beta testing product and program across Disney Streaming
Partner with Product, Technology, and Viewer Experience teams to gather requirements
Define a set of KPIs to quantify the success of the program
Drive the roadmap and prioritization of features, balancing both customer and business impacts
Develop methods for measurement, analysis, and application for internal beta testing processes and tools
WHAT YOU BRING
5+ years in Product Management, or equivalent experience driving strategy for digital media/streaming businesses
Ability as a Product leader to craft a compelling vision and gain support and alignment from cross-functional partners
Proven record of collaboration in a multi-disciplinary environment to deliver high-quality features that improve the customers' experience and achieve business goals
Strong communication skills, with the ability to drive clarity through all levels of the organization
Ability to generate customer insights from data trends, and proven success with data-informed decision making
Bachelor’s degree in a technical field (CS, CE, EE), business, or equivalent experience
A love for TV!
