Job Summary:

As a Strategic Operations Manager supporting the Ad Platform technology team within DTCI Ad Platforms, you are part of a high performing team redefining TV advertising. We are looking for an experienced Strategic Operations Manager who will drive the strategic planning process, develop and monitor KPIs, partner with finance on expense budgets and reporting, create executive level presentations and coordinate tactical execution across the teams. We are seeking a candidate who has proven leadership skills, a sense of urgency, experience with advertising and software development. The team is fast moving and requires you to translate technology solutions into business impact, while efficiently working with leaders across sales, finance, product, operations and technology.


  • Develop executive level KPI dashboards, analyze trends and make strategic recommendations to improve business results
  • Partnering with the finance organization, manage departmental budgets including capital and operating expenses, supporting investment or cost management decisions and evaluating program efficacy.
  • Synthesize annual and strategic plans into executive presentations, including QBRs and ongoing staff updates. Track and report out on strategic objectives & outcome-based results.
  • Manage weekly executive staff meetings, status reports and updates including timely communication of business impacting initiatives.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in business management, finance, analytics, operations, marketing/advertising, MBA preferred
  • 5-8 years of relevant working experience in the technology sector
  • Have a do what it takes attitude. Be flexible, adaptable and a team-player first
  • Strong analytical skills and passionate about answering questions with data

Required Education

  • Bachelor’s Degree in business management, finance, analytics, operations, marketing/advertising, MBA preferred
