- Define, update and organize Licensees pubplanning, assuring full execution of strategic franchises and formats, pursuing new opportunities to grow core, learning and digital business.
- Develop and support new strategic projects, proposing appropriate content and franchises and giving training to new Licensees, both in terms of Franchise and DPW systems.
- Be responsible for keeping contracts properly updated with franchises and formats in order to avoid reports and audit issues.
