Job Summary:

This position will be the main support for the category operation, mainly focusing on the ILS process control with licensees (key to guarantee that all the licensees will follow the requirements). Besides being responsible for ILS coordination, this position will also support the team with daily operational activities to guarantee the core team will have focus on the strategy, such as helping with contracts and analytical data.


  1. Coordinate the ILS process for Toys with the Coordinator support: do the follow up of monthly report, update the spreadsheet for the weekly ILS meeting, attend meetings, help to coordinate the training programs lead by ILS team. Redirect or answer questions from licensees.
  2. Support Coordinators in the contract process: fill in the control spreadsheet, do approval follow ups with Regional Office, support the follow up with licensees.
  3. Support Category Manager with analysis: Performance Report to licensees, Presentations, update the category product matrix, help with analytical data.
  4. Support Marketing & Retail initiatives: Support Marketing and Retail requests in order to leverage market opportunities as Disney upfronts lists, product information for campaigns, SKU list control, among others.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Required Tenure: previous experience is desirable, but not a requirement
  • Preferred Industries: No preferred industries but preferred Courses: Business Administration
  • Required leadership experience: we look for a person with a lot of initiative, willing to learn but also with a mindset to go find the answers and with a skill of “problem solving.”
  • Other: analytical skills
  • Minimum: from 2nd year of University on
  • Ideal: Business Administration Course
  • English/ Spanish is desirable
