As a Jr. Analyst in Ad Sales Operations, you'll be the linchpin, blending deep knowledge of the digital advertising landscape with exceptional organizational and analytical skills. Your primary mission? To deliver outstanding client service, uncover growth opportunities, and collaborate seamlessly with our Account Executives across Latin America. The Jr. Analyst, Ad Sales Operations will be responsible for:

🚀 Coordinate & Optimize Campaigns: Drive the success of digital campaigns on TWDC platforms through meticulous coordination and optimization.

🤝 Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with internal and external teams to ensure flawless execution of digital campaigns, leaving no room for error.

🔧 Creative Troubleshooting: Put your technical prowess to the test by meticulously testing and troubleshooting creative assets across various platforms.

💡 Product Mastery: Master all of Disney's digital ad products and their capabilities, ensuring our clients get the best of what we offer.

📊 Performance Oversight: Keep a watchful eye on campaigns, ensuring they're on track and performing as expected.

💼 Client Support: Assist clients and sales teams with billing and reconciliation, demonstrating superior client service.

What we need from you be part of this story:

  • Digital Media Expertise: Previous experience in digital media and trafficking is a must.

  • Analytical Insight: A knack for analyzing campaign performance reports and identifying areas for improvement.

  • Innovative Thinker: Someone who seeks out partnerships and new ideas to drive business growth.

  • Tech-Savvy: Fundamental knowledge of the digital advertising ecosystem and familiarity with web development is highly desirable.

Required Education

  • Communication Pro: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, adept at liaising between technical teams and business strategy units.

  • Tool Proficiency: Expertise in ad-serving and ad-management tools like Google Ad Manager and Operative 1.

  • Data Insights: Ability to analyze and derive insights from digital advertising campaign data.

  • Relationship Builder: Proficiency in cultivating sales and client relationships.

  • Deadline Maestro: Thrives under pressure, excels at multitasking, and meets deadlines with precision.

  • Education: Completion of a graduation degree.

  • Language Skills: Intermediate level of Spanish for daily communication with leaders and peers across Latam.
