Job Summary:

PMO - Management of marketing operations related to planning, organization, budgets, internal communication and detailed services guidance for the release of films.

Responsibilities:

Participate in the strategic definition and needs of all film releases.

Leadership and management of a direct team of 3 people, as well as external agencies.

Creation and management of the priority schedule, requirements, resources, deadlines and budgets according to the following points:
✓ Schedule Agencies and synergy of operations since Briefing
✓ Follow-up of Internal Approvals
✓ Communication and Implementation Check-Points
✓ Digital Strategy, Influencers and Tracking
✓ AV & Print Studios locations (Trailer, Posters, Displays, Clips, etc ..)
✓ Budgets / Competition for Special Actions

Direct interaction with peers and higher levels of organizations (Local - Regional and Global)

Moderate Status Meetings and Weekly Schedule Update

Basic Qualifications:

  • Experience in Project Management, Marketing, Advertising Agencies and or Digital
  • Knowledge of online tools
  • Good relationship and interpersonal communication

Required Education

  • Degree in Business Administration / Marketing / Communication / Advertising
  • Fluent English;
  • Knowledge of Spanish;
  • MSOffice

Preferred Education

  • Windows PC and Mac (word, excel, power point) - Advanced;
  • Key Note - Intermediate;
  • Photoshop - Basic
