Job Summary:

Sports Planning Manager will be responsible for developing sports products into Ad Sales opportunities, generating multiplataform projects in order to generate revenue to Sports LOB. Manage a team of Sales Planners that translates customer needs into proposals, identifying business opportunities in 360º solutions.


  • Identify business opportunities aligned with company objectives, translating Sports products into Ad sales opportunities, seeking support from other areas and being the focal point contact with the areas of Programming, Creative Solutions, Business Intelligence, Marketing, Finance, Legal;
  • Manage a team of Sales Planners that translates customer needs into proposals, identifying business opportunities in 360º solutions.
  • Offer support to Adsales Heads in the reporting commercial revenue and sales opportunities
  • Manage and optimize commercial inventory of sports properties and content
  • Point person for the regional team in providing information of sports business and commercial proposals

Basic Qualifications:

  • Required Tenure: Experience in adsales projects in the Sports Industry
  • Required leadership experience: Experience managing a team

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Skills / key Competences: Excellent communication and organization - written, verbal and visual.
  • Technical / specific expertise: Branding and project management

Required Education

  • Degree in Business Administration or Advertising
  • Ideal: MBA/Postgraduate

Preferred Education

  • English: Advanced
  • Spanish: Intermediate
