Job Summary:

Tactical planning and organization of 8 feed makelists (FOX / FX / FL / NGK / NG / NGW / FP1 / FP2) and support the structure for ESPN BRA / ESPN Inet / ESPN2 BRA according to the planning guidelines and with the goals of each brand / business, and adherence to the content and programming of each. Act actively as a link of fluency, clarity and alignment of information between production, traffic and programming.


  • Responsible for the tactical scheduling progress, day to day execution and update of auto promo, cross promo and charts for FNG / ESPN channels with the Traffic team according to monthly / weekly strategic plannings,
  • Organize wishlists / makelists with production, creative, marketing and programming teams, updating campaign start and end dates, and track their progress with their teams.
  • Generate campaign serving reports with daily updates, making sure all schedules are checked, materials delivered and all necessary information is aligned with partner departments.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Preferred Industries: BROADCAST, TV, Media
  • Excel lover is a must have

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Skills / key Competences: Affinity / ease with numbers and data (you must like)
  • Technical / specific expertise: EXCEL (day to day)
  • Other: Organizational ability to deal with deadlines, pressure and change, concentration and focus (attention to detail), teamwork skills, good humor, self-motivation.

Required Education

  • Graduation completed
  • Post-graduation or MBA is a plus

Preferred Education

  • Intermediate Spanish
  • English is a plus
