- This role is considered hybrid, which means the employee will work a portion of their time on-site from a Company designated location and the remainder of their time remotely.

Responsibilities:

Through excellent planning, organization, communication, and knowledge of digital and creative workflows, you will drive project planning related to our Disney Streaming Artwork Team. You will help designers prioritize workloads amongst an evolving scope of projects. The ideal candidate has an understanding of design processes and workflows and has experience working with creatives, supporting quality design work while also meeting deadlines. This role is often the single point of contact for incoming requests and will report regularly on the status of artwork assets from the initial order to when they are live on our streaming services.
  • Ability to track multiple projects all at once, and be a major point of contact for all incoming artwork requests
  • Balance asset-design projects and designer workloads by helping them prioritize and schedule work into achievable project plans
  • Report regularly on the status of artwork assets in-flight, from the initial order to when assets are live on the service
  • Maintain documentation, folder structure and dashboards that allow for quick and efficient understanding of project status, resource capacity and delivery of artwork
  • Maintain project planning/tracking tools in order to support a clear understanding of priority projects
  • Stay connected with Programming teams for upcoming title launches that require design support

Basic Qualifications:

Requirements:
  • Experienced 1+ years managing processes and workflows across a product design team or similar design discipline
  • Experienced making use of technology and process to overcome the challenges of working with remote staff
  • Experience with project management / tracking tools (JIRA, Confluence, Asana, Trello, or others)
  • Experience with applications and the user interface (UI) across a wide variety of platforms including web, mobile, and CTV
  • Experience within the media entertainment industry is highly desirable and strongly recommended
  • Experience handling sensitive high profile studio assets
  • Comfortable in fast changing environments, with fluctuating demands
  • Understanding of Design process and rituals; able to define design deliverables with designers
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Self-managed in organizing your work and executing on it
  • Able to handle multiple large project assignments simultaneously
  • Experienced in planning for and effectively managing project risks
  • Excellent problem solving skills; thrives when working with complexity
  • Organized and detail-oriented: able to track multiple moving workstreams
  • Builds strong relationships throughout the company and earns the trust of team members
  • Strong listener: able to deeply understand the team’s needs, ask the right questions to keep a project moving in the right direction, and proactively pursue feedback
