Responsibilities:

  • Provide legal support to different lines of business by supporting on a broad range of legal issues including, in particular: corporate secretarial work; litigation document filings; drafting simple template contracts; legal research and prepare report; proofing legal documents and correspondences; review and approve designated materials (creative, marketing materials, etc.) and preparing presentation files.

  • Act as a point person for legal inquiries coming from in and outside of the company.

  • Assist the Legal team with general administration and other ad-hoc tasks, reporting to the Head of Legal.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree.

  • Minimum of 5+ years of working experience working as paralegal or legal industry.

  • Experience in in-house paralegal will be an advantage but not essential.

  • Strong academic background coupled with good commercial sense.

  • Excellent communication skills in Korean and English.

  • Strong legal drafting skills.

  • Skilled at preparing/drafting Excel Sheet and PowerPoint Presentation.

  • Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimum supervision.

  • Strong team player with excellent collaboration skills.

  • Positive “can do” attitude.
