Responsibilities:
Provide legal support to different lines of business by supporting on a broad range of legal issues including, in particular: corporate secretarial work; litigation document filings; drafting simple template contracts; legal research and prepare report; proofing legal documents and correspondences; review and approve designated materials (creative, marketing materials, etc.) and preparing presentation files.
Act as a point person for legal inquiries coming from in and outside of the company.
Assist the Legal team with general administration and other ad-hoc tasks, reporting to the Head of Legal.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree.
Minimum of 5+ years of working experience working as paralegal or legal industry.
Experience in in-house paralegal will be an advantage but not essential.
Strong academic background coupled with good commercial sense.
Excellent communication skills in Korean and English.
Strong legal drafting skills.
Skilled at preparing/drafting Excel Sheet and PowerPoint Presentation.
Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimum supervision.
Strong team player with excellent collaboration skills.
Positive “can do” attitude.
