Job Summary:The role is accountable for managing and driving improvements in financial processes, controls, systems and reporting necessary to support the financial planning, operations, analysis and business insights for the Disney Consumer Products Licensing business in China.
We are looking for an individual with an innate curiosity, high sense of ownership, able to quickly adapt to change and challenges, team player with sound business judgment.

Financial Reporting and Business Insights
- CPA and/or MBA preferred a plus
- Experience working with financial IT systems
- Experience working with SAP/BW and Cognos Reporting a plus
- Financial modelling and analysis
- Process improvement implementation
- Financial reporting

- Template creation and consolidation
- Application of financial and accounting principles
- Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or equivalent qualification or experience
