Job Summary:

Accountable to the Finance Manager for Digital and Media business financial reporting and commercial support, as well as production related projects



  1. 5YP/AOP/Forecast
    1. Prepare full P&L forecast of the business support with solid understanding of business
    2. Uploading forecast numbers into system
    3. Prepare deliverables to local and US stakeholders
    4. Support various reporting & analysis presentations

  1. Monthly / Quarterly closing
    1. Monthly T&E tracking
    2. Quarterly cost closing tracking template
    3. Quarterly revenue/cost accrual
    4. Prepare deliverables to local and US stakeholders

  1. Revenue
    1. Performance report tracking and update the revenue analysis model for each deal
    2. Support the new deal’s model setup
    3. Support contract preparation (deal term review and coordination among different stakeholders)
    4. Regular deal status update

  1. Contract Management
    1. File all the contracts and invoices on the share drive
    2. Update the contract summary timely

  1. Others
    1. Support the market analysis
    2. Support various project analysis and model build-ups
    3. Support process improvement initiatives
    4. Other ad hoc requests

Basic Qualifications:

Business Skills
  • Strong communicator
  • Problem Solving
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Team Work

Technical Skills
  • Strong command of Excel and PowerPoint
  • Financial Modelling and Analysis
  • Application of Financial & Accounting Principles

  • Bachelor degree in Finance or Accounting major of renowned university required, CPA or ACCA required.
  • At least 3-4 years working experience and at least 2 years in FP&A functions
  • Experiences in media entertainment industry /multinational companies / Big 4 preferred
  • Professional verbal and written English
