Job Summary:

As an Account & Content Manager, you are responsible for the execution of Shanghai Disney Resort's advertising and communication campaigns. In this role you will assist the Creative Department to produce campaigns and assets for marketing, taking note of brand guidelines and standards. Regularly you will interface with cross-discipline partners such as Marketing Strategy, Digital, Consumer Insights, Sales, Operations, U.S counterparts and external agencies. You will report to Manager, Content and be based in Pudong, Shanghai.


  • Assist Creative team on integrated creative development & production of marketing communications programs by working with internal creative team and agency partners.
  • Manage the day to day projects and briefs, troubleshooting on any production, Solving and tracking all the issues that may occur during the production and execution process in a timely manner Work with external agency partners to optimize work flow efficiency and effectiveness and execute plans on time and on budget.
  • Ensure branding, style, graphic standards for all digital communications; ensure consistent usage of assets.

Basic Qualifications:

  • 10+ years’ work experience in advertising or digital agency with strong strategic thinking and project management.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects through effective organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Good presentation skills in both Chinese and English.
  • Team player, respect for process.
  • Show initiative & responsibility
