Department/Group Description:
The Global HR Operations team is responsible for the strategic development and execution of HR services and information to employees, managers, and HR partners throughout the Enterprise.

Job Summary and Purpose:
Provide Global HR Operations Leadership and Customers with accurate data and analysis of that data to identify compliance risk, improvement opportunities, defect elimination, and service opportunities for Global HR Operations and businesses of TWDC. This Analyst - APAC Org role will have a natural curiosity to identify and analyze trends to facilitate short and long term business decisions and improve performance results. To help achieve this, this individual will need to create and maintain consultative relationships throughout all client organizations and key partner groups. This Analyst - APAC Org will report to Manager, Org. Management and HRIS.

Responsibilities:

Job Requirements:
  • Provide high quality of routine work, including but not limited to Organization Management, HRIS management, Project implementations and Coordination on the inter-team process workshops/or meetings
  • Collaborates actively with BP and COE team to achieve ongoing system enhancement projects to improve work efficiency
  • Work closely with Global team to support on data integrity, process integration and other important projects or tasks
  • Participate in the Workday project test as one of the key players from the team
  • Prepare test scripts, training contents, organize and deliver End user trainings
  • Participate in system enhancement test and negative test, work closely with global partners on the trouble shootings
  • Consult with operational teams to understand, prioritize, and deliver analytics and insights
  • Develop relationships with Global HR Operations leaders and business partners to ensure integration and connection of information
  • Exhibit necessary technical understanding and capabilities in HR systems and Microsoft software tools to efficiently extract, analyze, and present data
  • Participate in the HRIS or Org. management related projects management, play as an important participant.

Basic Qualifications:

Education:
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent

Work Experience:
• Experience in a data Analytical, Research, or Human Resources related field
• Experience in HR systems project management
• Demonstrated solid analytical and quantitative skills
• Demonstrated verbal and written communication skills
• Demonstrated aptitude to quickly learn various software systems
• Ability to work autonomously and react professionally to changing conditions
• Ability to work effectively with all levels of employees and leaders to achieve project objectives
• Prioritization of multiple, interdependent projects while monitoring and communicating progress
• Independent follow through on all commitments with minimum oversight
• Ability to handle and maintain confidential information

Skills / Specialized Knowledge/Competencies:
• 2 Years or above HR systems management experiences
• Proven data analytical experience
• Solid knowledge and on-hand practice about Workday and/or SAP
• Project management experience on HR system
• Demonstrated ability to work with diverse personalities
• Strong communication skills
