Job Summary:

You will support (Park/Disneytown/Hotel) consumer insight related analytical works, including consumer origin analysis, consumer satisfaction measurement analysis, as well as analysis support for the marketing strategy, to achieve relevant performance targets for Shanghai Disney Resort.

Responsibilities:

  • Create and maintain SHDR Guest Research data collection and process platform (ConfirmIT)
  • Use professional statistical software to do data processing and some professional statistical analysis (SAS/Tableau/SQL)
  • Maintain hardware and software and that is used for data collection, and streaming for FGD (Focus Group Discussion), etc.
  • Have innovation consciousness, proactively seek a new way to improve the working efficiency and quality
  • Perform deep-dive analysis and other related duties as assigned or required, e.g. partner co-op performance analysis

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer/Statistics/Marketing or related majors
  • 2+ years of experience in business intelligence, market research or analytics
  • Excellent statistical skills, analytical and interpretation
  • ConfirmIT, SAS, Tableau, and SQL experience is preferred
  • Ability to work in a team-oriented environment in a complex and diverse business unit of a multi-national company
  • Partnering, relationship-building, and influencing skills
  • Natural curiosity and desire to learn
  • Good or fluent in spoken and written Chinese and English
