Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities

• Assist HR leader on Integration Project for North Asia, especially on data and reports consolidation.
• With the Senior HR leaders and separate business and corporate heads, develop and implement HR plans and objectives through the provision of a proactive and forward thinking HR service working with HR teams in China.
• Support the development of key talent through a range of Disney China initiatives including Performance Management, Development and Talent Planning delivery in conjunction with local business and corporate leaders and HR leaders.
• Work with local leaders to prepare and executive development and succession planning as a result of talent plans.
• Interface with the HR centres of excellences to obtain specialist resources in North Asia learning and development and Compensation and Benefits and work with these teams to develop their knowledge of the segment lines of business and facilitate relationship building.
• Maintain a high level of performance and behavioral discipline by enforcing company policies, procedures and standards.
• Coach local business and corporate managers about best practices in HR.
• Take charge of the employee relationship function, promote culture and establish a positive relationship between employee and the company.

Basic Qualifications:

Requirements

Education:
• College/ University degree in relevant field

Experience:
• More than 5 years Human Resources working experience in MNCs
• Preferred experience in Human Resources operations as an HR generalist
• Experience working in ambiguous and complicated environments is an advantage

Knowledge:
• Principles and procedures for personnel recruitment, selection, training, compensation and benefits, labor relations and negotiation, and personnel information systems.
• Human resources program development to attract, reward and retain employees.
• Up to date knowledge of human resources issues, including significant employment law developments and current HR best practice

Core Skills:
• Excellent communications and presentation skills
• Good interpersonal and influencing skills, ability to build strong internal networks
• Solid experience in HR functional areas including performance management, staffing, training, compensation and benefit
• Ability to be effective in a highly matrix environment, to communicate effectively with and
influence all levels of the organization to drive change
• Demonstrate ability to drive HR processes and to deliver high quality HR services in a fast paced, highly dynamic / change environment

Others:
• Good verbal and written communication, interpersonal, organizational and multi-tasking skills
• Experiences with Microsoft Office Software and HR Software Tools, ie. Excel and SAP etc.
• Language skills: English both in verbal and written is a must
