E-commerce Backend Service Manager

Job Summary:

The E-Commerce backend service manager will be responsible for E-Commerce backend service and internal communication across all the Ecom platforms. The role will lead TP to achieve the customer service target and related KPIs as well as communicating with all the internal departments to fully utilize the resources and keep the system stable and smooth in order to grow business

Responsibilities:

- Closely work with Ecom and MKT team as well as TP to deliver best-in-class Ecommerce customer service experience and KPIs.

- Fully support Ecom operation team to achieve AOP target

- Communicate with IT team to achieve all the system integration and upgrade with platform and licensees

- Communicate with finance team to update all the financial requirements and data reports

- Communicate with internal legal/CBM/PR/GA/PI… team to ensure all the operations are aligned with our company policy and internal audit

- Communicate with industrial and commercial bureau to solve the customer complaint and related issues

- Responsible for other backend supporting related affairs

Basic Qualifications:

Experience:
- Minimum at least 10+ years working experience within at least 5 years’ E-Commerce experience

- Proven experience working in branded consumer environments with an appreciation of online customer service and cross-functional communication
Knowledge:

- Extensive knowledge of Ecommerce technology and system infrastructure analytics, Detailed knowledge of usability and monitoring techniques
- Experience in managing TP including operation and customer service
- Advanced knowledge of online consumer insights
- Have apparel or toys related experience
- Familiar with licensee & authorization business
Core Skills:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Chinese
- Ability to collaborate successfully lead multiple projects and teams, in matrix and multinational organization
- Ability to effectively communicate with senior leadership
Must be motivated, highly organized, flexible and results oriented
- Demonstrable creative thinking, with a passion for delivering the best Disney/Pixar/Star Wars/Marvel product and services
- Ability to consult on cross-functional projects to ensure e-commerce principles are incorporated
- Demonstrated strong business judgment and decision-making skills; ability to identify, prioritize, and articulate highest impact initiatives
Ability to produce well thought through visions and business cases
