Responsibilities:

财务分析员将为上海迪士尼度假区的餐饮业务进行分析并提供财务支持。主要职责包括但不限于建立和维护财务分析模型以支持关键业务决策、商业案例开发、试算模型分析,通过监控销售成本、存货、人力和运营支出进行预算管理,为管理团队制作业务分析报告,并为餐饮团队提供日常业务支持譬如跟踪和处理月度结算、内部成本结转、物品购物订单审查等。

Basic Qualifications:

  • 本科学位并拥有外企相关领域2-3年工作经验; 相关领域包括项目财务,运营财务,财务/商业计划分析, 财务报告,财务管理与控制和会计
  • 商业或财务相关领域学术成绩拔尖,学习了大量财务课程
  • 善于协调沟通,在公司层面以简洁、积极地方式传递关键信息
  • 责任心强,能在规定时限内处理多项任务,自主准确地行使责任
  • 熟练掌握定量分析和财务建模,具有问题解决和关键性思维技能
  • 逻辑思维能力强,关注细节
  • 书面和口头沟通能力强,具有分析数据并诠释数据的能力
  • 适应跨国公司中复杂而多样化的业务部门,在以项目团队为导向的环境中工作
  • 熟练使用微软办公自动化软件 (如:Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook),熟识财务系统(如:SAP),能够快速学习和运用新技能/系统
  • 中英文口头和书面均流利
