Job Summary:

You will be responsible for the strategy development, and excellent execution of Shanghai Disney Resort's consumer activation across channels and responsible for Shanghai Disney Resort’s direct channels (App and Web) user operation and revenue generation. Successful engagement and management of internal and external stakeholders are required to ensure efficient media investment, and marketing activities outcomes. You will work closely with the Consumer Engagement and Operations functional teams, and regularly collaborate with cross-functional partners and third-party. You will have responsibility for planning financial and resources allocation.

Responsibilities:

  • You will lead full-link data-driven consumer activation focusing on App and Web. Contribute to cross-channels consumer activation strategy and action plan development to realize brand building and business goal;
  • You will work with internal creative team and agency partners to develop marketing communication and maximize effectiveness, partnering with strategy leaders to ensure creative follow strategy and build brand crave across consumer touchpoints;

Basic Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of directly related experience;
  • Bachelor or above degree;
  • Experience in consumer marketing communications, direct channel (App and Web and WeChat) consumer operation is desired;
  • Ability to think in a holistic consumer-centric manner leveraging key insights;
  • Strong strategic planning and project management experience;
  • Advanced skills in user operation across App and Web and WeChat to build the brand and deliver the business goal;
  • Possess advanced knowledge of consumer-facing technology and data-driven marketing;
  • Strong autonomy drive, strong willingness and ability to innovate and explore
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to develop successful working partnerships with internal and external stakeholders such as media, alliance partners, studio, etc.;
  • Demonstrated leadership in managing a comprehensive strategic communication, media relations, and marketing program to advance an organization's mission and goals;
  • Extensive experience and skills in writing, editing, and management of communications and designs. Outstanding attention to detail;
  • Excellent critical thinking, written and oral communication skills to convey information with accuracy, creativity, and diplomacy;
  • Ability to organize, prioritize, and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced and highly; deadline-driven environment with minimal supervision and and or on a self-directed basis
  • Highly proficient at leading and influencing peer-level partners;
  • Financial literacy, fluency in marketing strategy, and communications;
