Job Summary:

As Project Manager, Marketing, you will be accountable for consumer-facing communication message management across Shanghai Disney Resort Digital Direct platforms (WeChat, Web and APP). You will collaborate with internal departments to ensure the consumer messages across platforms are communicated and updated in a timely, accurate, efficient and consistent way, and in compliance with Disney Standards, marketing, advertisement or business laws and practices. Weekly reports and performance tracking might be requested based on business needs

Responsibilities:

o You will develop and manage Shanghai Disney Resort’s consumer-facing digital direct platforms communication management process to ensure the consumer messages are published and updated in a consistent and comprehensive way;
o You will lead the information collection, approval coordination and update plan management across Shanghai Disney Resort’s digital direct platforms (WeChat, Website and App), by collaborating with relevant stakeholders and Lines of Business;
o You will set the priorities, assign tasks to the appropriate team members, and monitor their progress against aligned timeline;
o You will ensure smooth implementation adapting to unplanned situations, monitoring operations, providing corrective actions and escalating risks to the leadership team;
o You will lead and motivate project team members to complete their work with high quality, provide timely feedback and empowerment to members’ performance, identify opportunities and actively propose optimization plans;
o You will respond to emergency and new requests, keep monitoring multi-platforms consumer message management and provide optimization plan to ensure smooth and efficient daily operation;
o You will provide weekly reports and timely performance tracking might be required based on business needs.

Basic Qualifications:

o Bachelor’s Degree or above;
o At least 5 years of project management experience with good understanding of practices in multinational companies in China. Broad Disney experience is desired;
o Possess outstanding cross-departments coordination, project management capabilities and can execute tasks in an orderly manner according to importance;
o Excellent organizational skills and attention to details;
o Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, able to collaborate with internal and external partners;
o Strong integrity and professional ethics. Ability to work in high-pressure environment;
o Strong self-motivated with problem-solving skills, pioneering spirit and goal oriented team player;
o Strong computer skills (e.g., Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook);
o Fluent in spoken and written both Mandarin and English.
