Job Summary:

As Senior Analyst, Sales Analytics, you will support on sales related analytical works, including attendance and revenue analysis by sales channel and partner, market intelligence and sales opportunity analysis, as well as analysis support for co-operating with sales partners in order to achieve visitation and revenue goals for Shanghai Disney Resort.


  • You will support & evolve sales analytics practices in executing data collection, management, analytics, implementation, and reporting across sales initiatives;
  • You will partner with internal stakeholders and leverage data within commercial and Consumer Insight Measurement Analytics to help build out business intelligence, identify new opportunities, enable decision making;
  • You will leverage data visualization tools & techniques to develop Key Performance Indicator, dashboards, and systems to deliver insights that drive business recommendations, innovative business solutions and enable sales optimization;
  • You will perform deep dive analyses and other related duties as assigned or required, e.g. partner co-op performance analysis.

Basic Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years of experience in analytics or market research;
  • With a 4-year Bachelor degree in Math, Statistics, Marketing, Social Studies, Psychology or similar majors;
  • Possess excellent statistical skills, analytical and interpretation skills. Possess strong ability to draw conclusions from vast amounts of data;
  • SQL, SAS and Tableau experience preferred;
  • Ability to work in a team-oriented environment in a complex and diversified business unit of a multi-national company;
  • Natural curiosity and desire to learn;
  • Good or Fluent in spoken and written Mandarin and English.
