Job Summary:

As a Senior Specialist, Meeting and Events, you will be able to effectively implement the work plan of the corporate team project, and be able to achieve various business indicators related to conference activities, and at the same time replace park tickets, hotel rooms, park activities, hotel meetings and events. This position is accountable for ensuring the attractiveness and integrity of corporate group programs with efficiency and multi-national understanding. This position is responsible for helping Meetings & Events team to execute existing and new programs.


  • To developing and executing the business plan to achieve sales goals
  • Fully learn and understand the business and products related to the conference and event department, not limited to park tickets, hotel rooms, park activities, hotel meetings and events, etc.
  • To adapting with and implement high levels of quality and service. Work closely with business partners to execute the work plan
  • To design product offerings are relevant to the market and based on Disney core values. Collect knowledge of the corporate events market from consumer insights and market research.
  • To work with internal teams to align with the overall business goals with proven efficiency and productivity
  • To assist entire Meetings & Events Team in necessary daily operations
  • Follow the company's business plan and open up new customers in time to achieve diversified sales targets

Basic Qualifications:

  • Over 3-5 years related sales experience in five-star international brand hotel, hotel service Hospitality industry (five-star hotel / resort hotel experience is preferred)
  • Be familiar with local business companies, corporate customers, and understand the business of each industry
  • Cheerful and outgoing personality, positive.
  • Be thoughtful and focus on details.
  • Be self-motivated and self-challenged.
  • Have the ability to accept and respond to changes.
  • Strong pressure resistance, focused on achieving goals.
  • Be capable to make decisions within tight deadlines and have the ability to translate strategy into practical results
  • Be capable and good at communicating with internal teams and external customers, and have coordinate negotiation skills.
  • University degree preferred
  • Excellent written and spoken English is mandatory
  • Computer literacy (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Opera & Delphi preferable)
  • Experience and cooperation with a sizeable team in a matrix organization
