Job Summary:

As a Senior Specialist of Partner Relationship Office, your main responsibilities include contacting the external partners dominated by state-owned enterprises, exploring potential cooperation resources, creating cooperation opportunities, innovating cooperation model, following up business progress and maintaining partner relations. You will also work with the relevant departments within the company to develop plans, prepare proposals, coordinate regular communication and assist in solving problems in the process of cooperation.


  • You will build up relationship with external partners dominated by state-owned enterprises and explore cooperation opportunities;
  • You will propose cooperation plan which benefits both sides, based on the features and needs of the partners;
  • You will work with relevant departments within the company to discuss product design, marketing plan, cooperation model, etc.;
  • You will arrange regular communication between the business departments and external partners, including setting up meeting mechanism, following up project progress, coordinating and solving problems in the process of cooperation, etc.;
  • You will maintain a long-term relationship with external partners through activities organization, frequent contacts, etc.;
  • You will establish, maintain and continuously expand the high quality resource base;
  • You will prepare business update on a regular basis and report on the progress of the project;
  • You will complete other tasks assigned by the leader.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or above;
  • 3 years working experience in marketing, business development, public relations, and events is preferred;
  • Demonstrate strong organizational, time management, problem-solving, and follow-through skills, and be detail-oriented;
  • Possess good communication skills, being able to collaborate with internal and external business partners and be convincing to achieve goals;
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in both English and Chinese;
  • Demonstrate a strong level of professionalism and confidence, willing to take challenges;
  • Possess good contract spirit and strict working attitude;
  • Possess good sense of responsibilities and can accomplish tasks by prioritizing tasks and strictly following timeline;
  • Ability to deal with works and related matters rationally and be proactive;
  • Be able to work under pressure.
