Job Summary:

As a Stage Manager, Events of Production team, you will organize and schedule of different events and shows.

Responsibilities:

  • Organization and scheduling of events and shows
  • Responsible for organizing and planning of all show/event elements including but not limited to performers, technicians, costuming & cosmetology, and props
  • Work closely with Creative team to create cue script
  • Responsible for the safe and accurate calling of all show cues
  • Coordinates, schedules, and runs show / event rehearsals
  • Responsible for inter-departmental coordination required to stage events
  • Works closely with Technical Director on technical needs and timeline event set-up and strike
  • Responsible for safety-related decisions during performances
  • Writes and distributes comprehensive post-event show reports
  • Partners with Talent Casting to secure and schedule event cast

Basic Qualifications:

  • Minimum five years of experience in Stage Management or Event Management
  • Post-secondary degree in Stage Management or Event Management preferred
  • Knowledge of all aspects of show development and production
  • Strong computer skills including Excel and Microsoft Project, AutoCAD a plus
  • Excellent organizational, partnering and leadership skills
  • Fluent in Mandarin and English
