The Coordinator of Disney Media+ will support an energetic team, helping to maintain and improve critical functions to facilitate further growth. Provide implementational support that delivers earned media support and revenue to Disney Media+, including project and relationship management and work relating to promotional strategies and tracking.

Responsibilities

Administrative Support
  • Manage the meeting schedules, IT and Travel & Expense functions on behalf of the Director
  • File, track and manage Travel & Expense reconciliation.
  • Co-ordinate team meetings including agenda consolidation and notes
  • Manage flow of reports to internal stakeholders
  • Raise PO’s
  • Coordinate presence at relevant trade shows and conferences
  • Assist with preparation of reports and presentations
  • Manage/distribute marketing premiums
  • Manage and update contact database
  • Any other ad-hoc project as and when assigned

Partner Management
  • Deliver against the strategy for the promotions business as well as Digital marketing in SEA, both by defined fiscal property and non-property specific priorities.
  • Execute and implement SEA partnership promotions with direction of Senior Manager and Manager, Partner Management
  • Manage reporting functions of SEA Disney Media + team on a local and regional level – with support of local teams
  • Responsible for all aspects of local artwork approvals process including all regional artwork approvals in PAS (Promotions Approval Systems) and SGPS
  • Support the Disney Media + team with pitches to 3rd parties, including creation of pitch materials and attending partner, pitch, internal and agency meetings where required
  • Complete and fulfil necessary processes required for SEA partnership promotions work (including, but not limited to affidavits of eligibility, necessary insurance requirements, legal and/or liability documents and proper safety precautions)

Basic Qualifications

Ideally you must be someone who is energetic, enthusiastic and willing to be part of a dynamic and driven team. You are able to adept in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) & SAP or equivalent system. Excellent command of English is essential. You must have strong verbal and written communication skills coupled with strong organizational and analytical skills. You are able to work independently and exercise discretion when handling confidential information. Below are some of the basic key requirements for the role:-
  • Business Administration or Marketing Diploma or equivalent (relevant working experience and good track record will be considered in absence)
  • 4-6 years of administration experience, preferably in TV / broadcast/media and/or Sales / contract role. Familiarity with processes and policies of a multinational company will be added advantage
  • Knowledge and understanding of advertising and/or media industry would be an asset.
  • First-class track record in operational and commercially-focused roles within consumer-facing, international companies
