In view of Southeast Asia’s growth, we are now seeking a Retail & Licensing Coordinator to support the DCP MYSG team and help to maintain and improve critical functions to facilitate further growth.


  • Assist Retail & Marketing manager & category managers in Singapore for in store retail activations, mall events, premiums & other marketing activities. Work closely with vendors & event agencies to ensure timely & quality execution of retail activities.
  • File, track and manage Travel & Expense reconciliation for Head of Disney Consumer Products, MYSG and Head of Consumer Products, SG
  • Co-ordinate team meetings including agenda consolidation and notes
  • Manage flow of reports to internal stakeholders
  • Raise all PO’s for all country expense.
  • Coordinate presence at all showcase events
  • Assist with preparation of reports and presentations
  • Assist category managers in managing internal forecasting/accruals, contract and ILS audit systems
  • Assist Retail Manager in dispatch of retail premiums
  • Create and manage a Licensee/Retailer contact database
  • Any other ad-hoc project as and when assigned.

Basic Qualifications

  • Business Administration Diploma or equivalent (relevant working experience and good track record will be considered in absence)
  • 4-6 years of administration experience, preferably in Retail/ Consumer Products/TV / broadcast/media and/or Sales / contract role. Familiarity with processes and policies of a multinational company will be added advantage
  • Knowledge and understanding of advertising and/or media industry would be an asset.
  • First-class track record in operational and commercially-focused roles within consumer-facing, international companies
  • Energetic, enthusiastic and willing to be part of a dynamic and driven team
  • Adept in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint) & SAP or equivalent system
  • Excellent command of English - strong verbal and written communication skills coupled with strong organizational and analytical skills
  • Good judgment with the ability to make timely and sound decisions
  • Ability to work independently and exercise discretion when handling confidential information
  • Team-player, responsible, has high integrity, articulate, highly-motivated, flexible
  • Patient, a sense of humor and a desire to go above and beyond one’s normal duties
  • Willingness to work for a fast-paced multi-national company, while adhering to corporate policies
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail and tenacity for follow-through
  • Good judgment with the ability to make timely and sound decisions
  • Comfortable and confident in communicating/liaising with people from different Asian cultures
  • Positive customer-oriented attitude, comfortable and effective working with all staff levels
