In view of Southeast Asia’s growth, we are now looking for an Executive/Assistant Manager, Franchise & Brand Management to lead us in the next stage of expansion. Partnering closely with our Senior Manager, Disney Media+ and Franchise & Brand, you will support the team for Franchise & Brand in the stewardship of The Walt Disney Company brand and the intellectual property franchise development across all divisions of The Walt Disney Company including brand and franchise strategies, planning and cross-divisional execution to drive business growth for each property

Responsibilities

  • Manage the approval process for franchise initiatives across all TWDC divisions
  • Proactively maintain consistent communication tools (e.g. Franchise Box Site) to ensure connectivity and information flow across all divisional stakeholders and leadership.
  • Create and update, regional and local sales and marketing materials including pitch kits, sell-sheets, sizzles and video content using Keynote, PowerPoint, Photoshop etc.
  • Maintain and distribute global multi-year cross-divisional franchise plans with supporting insights and calendars for divisional planning and execution purposes
  • Assist in developing and creating the necessary materials required for Disney Showcases, franchise workshops, content screenings, story pitches, and brainstorms.
  • Under the guidance of the Brand & Franchise Lead, develop robust strategic Brand & Franchise insights that tell the brand and franchise story.
  • Prepare Brand Training materials for internal and external stakeholders and partners.
  • Work across divisions to ensure marketing executions meet brand and franchise guidelines, whilst consistently promoting and championing existing tools e.g. Brand Central.
  • Provide competitive information, research, marketplace insights and other analytics to help build regional and country strategies for each franchise
  • Project manage integrated campaigns, working in close collaboration with key stakeholders to ensure activations are on-brand, meet objectives, timings and are leveraged across divisions.
  • Manage communication across all divisional stakeholders and external partners including, but not limited to, campaign pitch decks, calendars, campaign assets, post campaign results.
  • Perform any other duties, as may from time to time be assigned from management team.

Basic Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in marketing, brand development, promotions or sales for a multi-national company.
  • Experience working with or for multiple divisions of a major entertainment company.
  • Experience working in diverse international emerging territories
  • Experience working one or more marketing disciplines including consumer marketing, promotions, sponsorships, publicity and/or special & live events.
  • High level of proficiency in Keynote, PowerPoint, Photoshop and web based applications
  • Able to manage multiple projects and priorities
  • Works well under pressure and to tight timelines
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
