In view of Southeast Asia’s growth, we are now looking for a Executive, Partner Management MYSG to lead us in the next stage of expansion. Partnering closely with our Head of Partner Management, Disney Media+ MYSG , you will provide implementational support to Disney Media+ team that delivers earned media support and revenue to TWDC, including project and relationship management and work relating to promotional strategies and tracking.

The Partner Management Team will work closely with the sales teams, production, talent, legal, finance and Disney LOB teams to successfully execute all DM+ campaigns with partners.

The Partner Management Team will oversee the overall campaign deliverables and will work closely throughout the entire project process from start (handover and contracting) to finish (campaign launches) to ensure all deliverables are met.

This team will ensure efficient running of the campaigns and clients satisfaction. They will help to manage relationships with agencies and clients in order to maximize revenue and margin. They will be expected to produce regular forecasts, updates, reports on performance, margin and pipelines, as well as anticipate and assign workload and ensure procedures and templates are communicated and executed by the team.


Responsibilities

Campaign Management
  • Lead administrator of key campaigns and clients
  • Encouraging constant communication and involvement with sales in any campaigns pitched to existing and new clients
  • Working with sales to define what KPIs are important for clients and help define project requirements, objectives, budget schedule, and assumptions necessary to successfully complete a project.
  • Ensuring strategic planning and 100% delivery to client KPI’s for all campaign and help team to facilitate, coordinate, lead and motivate all associated project resources to gain alignment on project goals and deliverables.
  • Overseeing consistency and quality delivery on all campaigns: Work with teams to influence and create new templates and tools for better campaign monitoring
  • Ensure client retention and rebooking of campaigns and help build strong client relationship to support up selling
  • Ensuring smooth coordination between sales, account managers, talent, media, production, creative, legal/finance and Disney teams
  • Helping the team with direct reporting for key clients: Maintaining high level of quality of reporting, shaping customised post campaign presentations; consistently acquire client feedback on reporting

Planning and tracking
  • Support planning of strategic accounts
  • Ensure maximum monthly and quarterly revenue and margin generated.
  • Weekly tracking of pipeline
  • Monitoring budget, margin and delivery
  • Regularly informing management of progress of key campaigns and risk
  • Help to set Processes, workflow, SLAs etc. and ensure that procedures are well documented
Approvals and pitches
  • Responsibility for all aspects of local artwork approvals process including all regional artwork approvals in PAS (Promotions Approval Systems) and SGPS
  • Support the DM+ team with pitches to 3rd parties, including creation of pitch materials and attending partner, pitch, internal and agency meetings where required
  • Complete and fulfil necessary processes required for SEA promotions and TV sponsorships work (including, but not limited to affidavits of eligibility, necessary insurance requirements, legal and/or liability documents and proper safety precautions)
  • Administrating contracting templates with clients and talents for branded content and social media campaigns.

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree or equivalent experience
  • 1-2 years promotions/marketing/3rd party partnerships experience
  • Creative/sponsorship/marketing/sales background
  • Experience of multi-national, fast-paced, progressive commercial organizations
  • Experience of working in a multi-cultural environment
  • You must be computer literate especially advanced PowerPoint
  • Good knowledge of media landscape across MY and SG
  • Excellent communication with good presentation skills
  • Strong communication skills, specifically requiring diplomacy and tact internally and externally
