To ensure high quality censorship/review of content across content on Channels and Digital platform based on the portfolio allocation. Review of content script clearance and assisting review of concepts. Co-ordination and understanding of global content regulations and industry changes for OTT platforms
Perform high quality censorship and review of shows/ content.
Co-ordinate with programming, operation and business team for S&P work and updates.
Manage review of local productions and acquisitions and share relevant information with stake holders across APAC region.
Review Local laws on content and linear guidelines.
Monitor changes in censorship guidelines across Japan region.
Work and co-ordinate with teams across the globe to provide information and updates on content issues.
Awareness about various content, series and movies on various platforms and an appetite to view content.
Capability to discuss and draft content issues. Providing vital inputs on global content for local sensitivities.
Diploma with a minimum of 2 years’ experience in S & P
Organized, Meticulous, and has an eye for detail.
Matured in thinking and is sensitive to issues regarding censorship.
Self-motivated individual, should be able to perform within tight deadlines.
Experience in the TV industry and/or editing and censorship of show is an added advantage.
Consumption of content should be high (Digital/OTT, TV & Films)
Pleasant personality and excellent communication skills
Understanding of Japanese Language is a must along with capability in English language.
Knowledge of local language, customs and traditions
