Job Summary:

  • 顧客理解の市場調査の企画、実施、および結果の社内/社外への共有

Basic Qualifications:

  • 一般消費財マーケティング経験3年以上
  • CRM施策の戦略立案・実行経験
  • 顧客データ、購買データ、リアル店舗及びeCommerceでのデータ分析能力
  • TableauなどBIツールでの分析業務
  • デジタル・紙媒体・OOHの広告制作、および消費者向けマーケティングコミュニケーションの遂行経験
  • プロモーションのスケジュール管理・予算管理
  • チームワーカーであること
  • コミュニケーションが円滑であること
  • 新しいことを学ぶ意欲があり柔軟性があること
  • 情熱・エネルギーがあること
  • 不確実な状況下での、企画の実行、達成に向けて努力できること

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 小売でのマーケティング経験
  • 顧客調査設計・分析スキル
  • データに基づく意思決定
  • 英語でのコミュニケーション能力(TOEIC700点程度あるいはそれ以上)
  • PR経験があればなお可

Required Education

  • 4年制大学卒業以上
