The Marketing Supervisor will be a part of Disney+ CEE marketing team reporting to Senior Marketing Manager. The role will be focused on implementing brand marketing strategies for Disney+ such as multi-title marketing campaigns. This role has Poland only responsibilities with strong cross-functional communication with other CEE markets and regional marketing teams. The main objective of this role is to implement annual marketing plans in terms of brand communication, end-to-end campaigns management and key media insights sharing. We are looking for a marketing person that wants to further grow in marketing and media field, helping audiences understand Disney+ positioning and offer. Experience in marketing or media campaigns is highly desired with proven track record of 360 media campaigns planning, buying and implementing gained in Media Agency or on client side. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work for the world’s biggest entertainment company, implementing marketing for one of the leading SVOD platforms.
Supervisor position is a part of TWDC specific organizational structure where in local roles with different organizations could be compared to Brand Manager, Communications Manager or Account Manager.
This role will require you to be onsite in our Warsaw office 4 days a week.
The Opportunity & Responsibilities:
Implementation of effective media marketing campaigns for Disney+ with the following scope: briefs preparations, marketing assets delivery and implementation, media plans management, cooperation with external agencies (e.g., media agency, social media agency, creative agency), internal teams and CEE counterparts.
Ensure briefs are clear and campaigns align with Disney+ brand strategies, regional guidelines and local specifics in order to deliver brand and business KPI’s.
Understand attitudes and behaviors of key audiences, finding new, non-standard and most effective media touchpoints. Stays current on business issues, industry trends, and technology advances.
Evaluate relevant insights, media vendors data and competitive environment, applying post-campaign conclusions to help improve competitive position.
Build and maintain direct relationships with media and creative agencies – securing smooth workflows, deadlines delivery with diligence.
Cooperate with internal cross-functional teams: PR and Comms, Performance Marketing, Partnerships, Research, Merchandising, Content and others.
Sharing best practices and campaigns overviews with internal cross-function teams, international, regional marketing team and key stakeholders.
Effective and efficient budget management including ensuring all payments to external vendors are managed appropriately.
The Experience We Require From You:
Proven experience within Media & Marketing for 4+ years, ideally working across high profile multi-media campaigns, preferably in media agency or client’s side in media & marketing department.
Ability to plan, organise, manage and analyse campaigns.
Experience writing briefs, managing media and creative agencies and budgets.
Detailed knowledge of the media market in Poland.
Skills Required
Good strategic marketing & media planning capabilities.
Highly organised with high attention to detail.
Strong multi-tasker: managing multiple projects and campaigns at the same time.
Strong team player – positive and proactive, shows initiative.
Passion for Film and TV, good overview of SVOD market in Poland.
Able to work autonomously with limited supervision.
Understanding and knowledge of Digital and Social Media, new platforms.
Very good presentation skills with ability to speak to wider forum.
Very good English and Polish level [written and spoken].
