About the Role & Team

The Digital Media & Marketing Supervisor will have responsibility for the definition and implementation of digital media and marketing strategies in Poland whilst providing strategic support for CEE & CIS when required.

The Digital Supervisor will work across the Disney, Disney/Pixar, Lucasfilm, Marvel, 20th Century and Searchlight Pictures studio brands.

This role will require you to be onsite 4 days a week in our Warsaw office.

What You Will Do

  • To work with marketing team to deliver Digital Marketing strategies.

  • Handle day-to-day digital media campaign activations. Work closely with media agency and exhibitors to plan their digital campaigns supporting our releases.

  • Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns against defined and agreed KPIs. Focus on advising forward campaign planning and sharing insight with the wider marketing function.

  • Keep up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement

  • Support and supervise the creation and management of social and digital media assets for use on all campaigns.

  • Closely cooperate with all exhibitors to support Studio releases providing them with all vital assets and approve materials crafted

  • Staying on top of industry trends, the latest social media advancements.

  • Deliver presentations and reports. Provide full evaluation of all campaigns and recommendations for future releases.
     

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • Experience working in Digital Media & Marketing

  • Digital Specific Experience:
    -Programmatic/Performance driven campaign planning/activation
    -Solid understanding of ad serving tools (e.g., DoubleClick, Atlas etc…)
    -Knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics)
    -Social Media Marketing
    -SEM
    -Awareness
    -PPC

  • Strong numerical analysis and interpretation skills

  • Proven track record to think strategically & creatively

  • Extensive knowledge of digital media, products and the entertainment industry (Film/Studios PR/Marketing planning an advantage)

  • Strong presentation skills

  • Ability to provide creative and implementable solutions

  • Quick learner, evidenced by good academic results or similar

  • Outstanding attention to detail and organisational abilities: evidence of good “follow through” skills

  • Strong interpersonal skills

  • Flexible attitude to cope within a constantly evolving arena
