JOB DESCRIPTION

An experienced (seasoned)Executive Assistant needed to support the head of the legal department. This individual must be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment dealing with time-sensitive and confidential information. The role will manage traditional administrative tasks as well as provide personal support to the executive - booking vacations and reservations, tracking expenses, and managing personal correspondence. Previous experience with Corporate Board responsibilities, including arranging meetings, preparing minutes, and reviewing resolutions, is preferred.Ideal candidates will be excellent with prioritization and time management, incredibly resourceful, and personable yet professional. Looking to hire ASAP!

Responsibilities:

  • Administrative responsibilities, e.g., scheduling meetings, conference calls, seminars, book travel, prepare travel dossiers, prepare T& E reports etc.
  • Respond to inquiries from clients and Business & Legal Affairs staff regarding contracts and other documents.
  • Support Senior Executive and Legal Affairs team as required.
  • Prepare, schedule and manage quarterly board meetings on behalf of Executive.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree and at least three years of experience in an office or administrative setting.
  • Requires superb oral and written communication skills. 
  • Must be very detail oriented, extremely organized, self-motivated, and possess good judgement.
  • Must possess advanced skill in MS Word, Excel, Outlook and database applications.
  • It is critical that this person is professional but also affable and good at handling senior executives.
