About the Role & Team

The Disney Cruise Line Revenue Management Analyst is responsible for working with Internal Requests for Guest Staterooms (IRGS). IRGS is the term used for business travel on DCL ships by Cast Members and vendors. This position is part-time, salaried.

What You Will Do

  • Partner with Revenue Managers and Analysts to secure or release staterooms to ensure minimal revenue loss.

  • Work in SeaWare Main, the DCL reservation system, to book reservations, view inventory, adjust selling limits, assign staterooms, apply payments, apply manual adjustments, and void fees.

  • Manage the IRGS system by addressing challenges and prioritizing enhancements, administering system access, and auditing requests based on Advisory and Assurance policies.

  • Train outside departments and other partners on submission requirements, IRGS process, and IRGS system capabilities.

  • Organize and implement a room assignment plan for each sailing based on the requests received and staterooms available.

  • Answer IRGS system questions and provide guidance to users.

  • Export sailing report from IRGS system, format, and email to each ship and relevant partners prior to sailing.

  • Manage the Autobooking process of 15k+ rooms annually.

  • Complete ad hoc tasks and projects as needed to support team priorities.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

  • 1+ years knowledge of Cruise, Air, and/or Hotel industries.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint), with the ability to embrace new software applications and handle confidential information.

  • Ability to independently manage multiple high exposure/high priority tasks simultaneously.

  • Ability to meet deadlines and thrive in fast-paced environments with minimal direction.

  • Outstanding organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail and strong follow-up capabilities.

  • Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills, adept at presenting information to support decision-making.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of adjusting style and content for diverse audiences.

  • Proven service orientation with effective partnership and influencing abilities.

  • Track record of identifying and implementing process improvement initiatives.

  • Experience in conflict resolution, employing strategic questioning, and devising creative solutions.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working in SeaWare Main.

  • Strong knowledge of Disney Cruise Line products and services.

  • Cruise line experience.

Education:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
